The Fine Match and Timeless Tales collection items are shipped within 1 - 2 business days upon receipt of payment. You should expect delivery within 1 week. 

The Crystal Clear collection items are hand made and made to order and shipped within 5-10 business days. Delivery time is usually from 14 - 20 business days. 

The products will be sent to the address you provided with your order.

Note:

* The customer is responsible for all customs and duty fees associated with their purchases.

* We do not refund shipping fees or duty fees.

Return Policy

We hope you are happy with the items you purchased, but if for some reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it, as long as it is unused, no damage has been caused to it and the label is still attached. Clients are responsible for return shipping charges.


How do you return an item? Send us an email to: contact@notgilty.com, within 3 days from delivery date, with your order number, details of the item you wish to return and the reason. We will contact you within two business days to give you details and instructions. 

Please note: the returned items must be returned in the original package within which they were shipped.

Items can be returned within 14 days from their delivery. If requested, we will fully refund your purchase and there will be no cancellation fees.

Your refund will be transferred within 14 days after we receive your returned item, in accordance with the guidelines provided by credit card companies. The refund will be made under the same conditions in which the original transaction was committed.

Please note:

* Items purchased on sale can be returned within 7 business days only.

* You will not be eligible for return if you will send the item back to the sender, without discussing it first with us via contact@notgilty.com

* If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
