Here’s what you need to know about SHIPPING:
We know waiting for your Not Gilty goodies to arrive is like waiting for the pie to cool before cutting into it.
If it helps, here are our estimated shipping timelines:
Generally, we’ll lovingly pack up and ship out your order within 1-2 business days after payment has been received. It will usually take about 3-7 days to arrive on your doorstep, if you chose the express shipping method. Otherwise, shipping time will usually take around 2-3 weeks..
However, sometimes we pre-sell products (products that are still in production). In these pre-order cases, we’ll let you know the expected shipping date on the product page, and cart page. Good things are worth waiting for, right?
Here’s what you need to know about RETURNS:
When the discount on a product is more than 25% off, we DO NOT allow returns/ refunds.
In all other cases, whatever the reason, if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it hassle-free, provided that it hasn’t been used, worn, or damaged.
All you need to do is let us know * within 10 days of the delivery date. Send us your order number, the details of the item you’d like to return/ exchange, and the reason why. We’ll get back to you within 2 business days to give you instructions on how to do the return.
Then just send the item according to our instructions, within 14 days. If you’ve requested a full refund, it’ll be processed within 14 days after we’ve received your returned item (It normally takes around 2-3 weeks for returned items to be received and processed in our warehouses).
We fully refund your purchase. The refund will be in the same payment method you used to pay for our products.
