Shipping and returns are as effortless as our style.

We offer FREE SHIPPING & fREE RETURNS for orders over $75 and will happily FULLY REFUND your purchase if you’re just not that into it (no cancellation fees). 

Here’s what you need to know about SHIPPING:

We know waiting for your Not Gilty goodies to arrive is like waiting for the pie to cool before cutting into it.

If it helps, here are our estimated shipping timelines: 

Generally, we’ll lovingly pack up and ship out your order within 1-2 business days after payment has been received. It will usually take about 3-7 days to arrive on your doorstep.

However, sometimes we pre-sell products (products that are still in production). In these pre-order cases, we’ll let you know the expected shipping date on the product page, and cart page. Good things are worth waiting for, right? 

Here’s what you need to know about RETURNS:

Whatever the reason, if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us hassle-free, provided that it hasn’t been used, worn, or damaged, and still has the tag attached.  

All you need to do is let us know * within 10 days of the delivery date. Send us your order number, the details of the item you’d like to return, and the reason why. We’ll get back to you within 2 business days to give you instructions on how to do the return.

Then just send the item according to our instructions and using the return label we sent you, within 14 days. If you’ve requested a full refund, it’ll be processed within 7 days after we’ve received your returned item. There are no cancellation fees and the refund will be in the same way you paid.
